This project introduces a PCOS Management System, implemented as both a web and mobile application, to help users track their health data and manage the condition efficiently. The system collects information including age, BMI, menstrual cycle details, symptoms, and lifestyle habits, and applies data analysis to identify patterns and potential risk factors. Users can monitor their progress through interactive dashboards, receive reminders and health tips, and access personalized recommendations. By combining data collection, analysis, and guidance in a single platform, the application empowers women to take proactive steps in managing PCOS and maintaining overall health. This project aims to provide a practical and user-friendly tool to support better health outcomes for women affected by PCOS.
