The most common faced problem in offices and local businesses is that their employees miss use the utilities such as petrol, maintenance expenses, stationery and office vehicle for their personal use which is unethical and usually it creates a hassle for HR managers to manage the reports of their employee’s performance over the period. So, our app which is built over react native and backend over PHP, which tends to provide business owners an ability to track its employee’s activities and performance during the office hours. Our app will track the employee’s location which are hired for outdoor work / services which will also maintain a log file regarding their time-to-time location during the office hours. In addition, each employee will have their attendance marked over the application as well as can request leaves over the application and each employee will get their task assigned by HR manager directly through application without the hassle of calling and discussing. The goal of this project is to provide business owners with a smart way to track their employee’s activities as compared to the traditional way of asking questions and give a list of tasks any time without getting their time wasted on phone calls. Soon we have thought of many features to include in our app to make the life of business owners much easier.
