Abstract
Artificial intelligence is transforming the way people learn and how organizations develop their workforce. It makes it possible to collect useful insights from data and tailor learning experiences for each individual. This project introduces Pulse360, a learning and talent management system that uses AI to give a complete picture of both personal skills and organizational readiness. The platform uses machine learning models to measure user abilities, create personalized learning plans, and adjust assessments according to progress. With adaptive learning algorithms, course difficulty adjusts automatically to keep learners engaged and enhance knowledge retention. Features such as badges, leaderboards, and ranking systems bring a sense of achievement and friendly competition. A built-in resume and skill-matching module connects people with the right internal roles, while predictive analytics highlight employees with leadership potential. The ODaaS (Organizational Data as a Service) component helps companies generate reports on workforce performance and training needs. The system is built with React.js, Node.js, and Python (Flask/FastAPI), supported by PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and deployed on VPS with secure authentication through OAuth 2.0 and JWT. Designed with a modular structure and cloud scalability, Pulse360 offers an integrated, practical solution for personalized learning, workforce analytics, and data-driven talent management in modern organizations.
