Smart Farming System

With the World constantly changing each day and a major advancement in Internet of Things (IoT) has made it very feasible for the devices to communicate with each other. The processes are automated and operated/controlled by the internet. IoT in Agricultural framework has many benefits in the management and monitoring of crops with the help of Cloud-Computing. In this project, an architectural framework is developed that works with IoT and helps in the growing and monitoring of plants/crops using cloud (firebase). The system shown in this project is integrated with NODE MCU along with various sensors to provide the real time data analyzing of the data gathered from the sensors that are placed and the results are displayed to the user through a mobile phone application. The sensors gather information about the temperature, soil moisture, humidity etc. of the plants/crops. This monitoring will help the users/farmers to monitor and improve the overall health and production of the plants/crops.
