Smart-Teach-AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the education industry through automated and strengthened teaching activities. In this work, we present Smart-Teach-AI, a web and mobile application for Teacher's Assistant aimed at simplifying content creation and assessment processes for teachers. The system is based on open-source AI models that generate PowerPoint presentations, quizzes, and class activities automatically through teacher-input items like text, prompts, slides, or documents. In addition to this, Smart-Teach-AI can grade quizzes, assignments, and class activities automatically, giving feedback to teachers. The app includes user authentication, enables teachers to control generated content, and maintains data storage by means of a well-structured backend system. The user interface and basic functionalities like login, signup, and PowerPoint generation are implemented in our current prototype. The objective of this project is to decrease teachers' workload, increase classroom efficiency, and integrate automation into learning material development using AI-based solutions.
